Refund policy

RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Opened or used skincare and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

START A RETURN

Email info@siroccoskin.com with your order number before sending any item. If the return is accepted, we will send return instructions and provide the approved return destination. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact info@siroccoskin.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

Opened or used skincare and personal-care products, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return. Contact us before ordering if you have a question about whether an item is returnable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return for the eligible item and, after the return is accepted, place a separate order.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing an order by emailing info@siroccoskin.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has begun.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an authorized return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@siroccoskin.com.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If an order is shipped into the European Union, applicable law may give you the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without justification. The item must still be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
