Winter Skin Rescue
Furnace-dry indoor air, wind outside, and hot showers all pull moisture and natural oils out of skin faster than usual — that is most of what winter skin actually is.
Apply to skin while it is still damp from the shower, so oil helps seal moisture in. A lotion or cream first, then a body oil or face oil on top, does more than either alone. Use a lighter oil like argan on your face, save the richer options for arms, legs and elbows, and keep pure castor oil by the sink for cracked cuticles.
These soften and comfort everyday dry, wind-chapped skin — they are not a treatment for eczema, psoriasis or another skin condition, so see a doctor for that.
Shop the full body oils collection or browse face oils for lighter facial options.
