Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time begin processing the next business day.
Canada
- Standard shipping: CA$15 for orders under CA$75.
- Free standard shipping: orders of CA$75 or more.
- Estimated transit time after processing: 3–5 business days.
United States
- Standard shipping: US$15 for orders under US$100.
- Free standard shipping: orders of US$100 or more.
- Estimated transit time after processing: 3–5 business days.
Total estimated delivery time
Processing plus transit is generally 4–8 business days for orders shipped to Canada or the United States. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs, holidays, or an incomplete shipping address.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order leaves our facility.
Address changes
Contact info@siroccoskin.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing or has shipped.
Other international destinations
When international shipping is available, the applicable rate and delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
